Each week we connect, move and get creative with people as part of our Flourish Programme.
Sessions with people living with Multiple Sclerosis, their carers, family and friends. Together we explore co-ordination, body awareness, stretching, creativity, memory and having fun. If you want to find out more about this class please email us on email@example.com
Sessions with people who just happen to be 55 or older who want to move, relax, learn some steps and create their own movements with other movers. A chance to connect our minds and bodies whilst experiencing our homes in a new way!
Classes in a studio – blocks of 3 and 5 sessions so that you don’t have to make an on-going commitment. A chance to learn some steps, create a few moves of your own and work with others to create dances. Sign up to find out more including when the next sessions will be.
Come and see what we do
A chance for older people living independently at home, with some support to come together weekly, move and be creative.
